'Very disappointing experience
From Sep 24-28th, my sister and I stayed at Royal Harbour Resort and encountered problems from the start. The microwave in our room did not work, so staff eventually brought one from another room.
The next day, after returning from the pool, we found that the shower water was rusty-brown with visible black particles. The front desk told us to let it run, but after 15 minutes, it had not cleared. We were then told a manager would follow up, but after waiting about...

'We had a lovely stay at this cozy little unit in Blue Mountain. The space was clean, comfortable, and a great size for two people. The self-check-in process was simple and convenient, making our arrival hassle-free. The location was also great, just a 5–10 minute drive to the village.
The only downside was the noise from the unit above. We could hear children running around, screaming, and crying, which was quite disruptive at times and made it difficult to fully relax.
Overall, it was a nice...

'Nice but small appartment (studio), cosy. It is clean on the inside, but we thougt the outside is very dirty, rusty. The building has not been painted for years, the balcony is dirty and if it rains the balcony from above leaks. The appartment really needs an update/renovation.
Very nice host, who always answered very soon.'

'Our room was great, very tidy and clean kitchen area.
We wished that there was a print out of a phone number for us to call for a shuttle over to the main area
I know that things like that are on our devices but we are not that skilled at times to figure it out'
