'This property is very well appointed, particularly the kitchen and the unit is well designed if you have more than one couple; cute decor too without being cluttered. Just my husband and I stayed and we used the spare bedroom for a large closet. If you are elderly, there's a steep little flight of stairs for the upstairs units, but the parking places are right there, so that beats the condos downtown that require off-site parking.Drawback: the homeless population has expanded since Helene. 'Honestly I was very impressed. The condo was neat, clean and the bed was comfortable which was very important to me. When said you can walk Downtown,the description is pure fact. 'We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend staying here. Nathan communicated every detail before arrival and let us check in early when we got there before check in time. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom shower was amazing after a day on the lake. Location was everything walking around the heart of blue ridge to go shopping and to have dinner was such a fun way to end the evenings. We will come back for another weekend of relaxation and easy getaway from Atlanta. '

'This was the perfect condo for me and my husband, super clean with very comfortable bed and pillows! I loved that it was an end unit, the extra windows made it very bright and cheerful, with great views in each direction! The complex is well maintained and is in a great location too. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Pigeon Forge!'

'I loved this place. Wake up to the sound of bird song and the scent of fresh unpolluted air. The unit has everything you need (dishes, coffee maker). There’s a soaker tub w jets that is relaxing but can’t be bathed in (no shampoo/soap is allowed in the tub). Locationwise, you can walk to restaurants and University, but it took me 22 minutes to get where I needed to go, not 10 minutes as advertised, so make sure you get those details before you book. '
