I was able to book parking, pre-fill check in forms easily and their late check-in instructions were easy to follow (I was a bit confused reading them but they make sense once you’re onsite). 'An attractive modern complex. Our studio was clean, spacious, quiet and well appointed. We were disappointed the reception staff didn't tell us about the free bus and the bus stop 2 mins walk from the door. It only takes 5 mins into the mid city, where you can swop to other free buses. '
