Smelly room
only small coffee cups no tea cups
Good hot shower
Stuffy room as the vents by the window
Reception difficult to get through to
Swimming pool was difficult to find and access. Climbing stairs after having to take a lift to lower lobby.
Pool was small, cold and anti children
Food options poor and very expensive
Only two bath towels for three people
Parking only valet available for $65 per night alternatives next block for $24 per day
Bar was overrun by drunk people and a man making a nuisance
No bath robes or slippers
Staff were responsive to the smell complaint and the lack of towels
