'Everything was awesome'

'This was a fantastic place to stay. The breakfast each morning was hot and fresh. Each night we came back from skiing. There were fresh cookies and hot chocolate that was complementary. The staff were friendly, and the hot tub was nice and hot. We plan to stay here again in the future.'

'the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. '

'Heel mooi hotel, en als je het sofa bed niet nodig hebt, prima! Maar de bedbank is echt het slechtste bed ooit. Daar is niet op te slapen. Bij ons waren ook de dekens voor de slaapbank niet aanwezig. De receptie zou tot 9 uur open zijn, maar daar was om 8.45 al niemand meer. Door te bellen kregen we een antwoord service die melde dat dit geen noodgeval was dus dat ze niets konden doen. Uiteindelijk is toch iemand nog dekens komen brengen, dus dat was wel fijn. Verder is het een prachtige...

'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'We loved our stay here. It started to feel like home & we hated to leave. The owner (Marjarite) had the sweetest pets & we fell in love with them. The kitchen has breakfast foods such as bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruits, huckleberry bread & jam:) She also has snacks like granola bars, cheese & nuts. She provides things like bear spray, insect repellent & hiking sticks. The property is perfect with lots of beautiful flowers. Our bed was so comfy and had the best pillows....
