'Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced.
Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from.
The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. 'This property was absolutely fascinating. If we could give it 10 stars we would.
We stayed in the hummingbird suite and it was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The drinks were very yummy and the pool’s temperature was perfect. We had one in our room also and it was also great. I can’t stop raving about this place. Our favorite boutique hotel so far.'

'The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take...
