'Lovely hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very luxurious. The evening meal was okay but my husband’s dish tasted quite bland, considering the prices - we expected slightly better quality. We really enjoyed the history and novelty of the hotel. The free mini bar was a nice touch. '

'Quick check in, spotless room, fabulous Cornish breakfast (high quality ingredients). Will be back (next time with golf clubs !).'

'The owner was just fantastic, so attentive to our needs and the secret way to locate the property, (if you know, you know, it is a genius), the first people and or persons we were introduced to were three stunning horses. (Two of our favourite royals after Kate of course, & My Wife' nickname), we loved the alpacas, the rabbits, the dogs and it was just so picturesque and beautiful. Our whole holiday was just perfect we didn't want to leave. We would love to see the owner again and love that part...
