'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'Room was well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy and shower was powerful and hot. Water, coffee and biscuits along with a selection of tea's in the room. Views from the room were good, it's a quiet area. Staff here are polite and welcoming, whether they are serving you or just passing by. We paid for breakfast, lots of choice for cold breakfast, really is something for everyone. Hot breakfast was to order, we could pretty much choose anything. Food could and should have been hotter considering...
