'Breakfast was poor with microwaved eggs and sausage served in the shipping packages Also door locked 50 percent of the time I wouldn't intentionally book this property again'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'The room and the environment were clean. However, the bed throw had hair and other residues stuck in it. The throw definitely needs to be changed. It was worn thin. I removed it from the bed before going to sleep. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The staff was professional.'

'Management is extremely confident, caring, and passionate about this property. Although it is a new property and errors are yet unseen and unknown , when an issue is brought to his attention, he accommodates the guest appropriately and in a timely manner. This type of hospitality and customer service is shined upon in my eyes. I have found a new resting place during my travels. The entire staff is phenomenal.'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'
