'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'The Hampton Inn is kn the Chatteau Elan property. Chatteau Elan is a wine vineyard with a spa and 2 restaurants. The property is breathtaking. The Hampton Inn offers a complimentary breakfast, and several amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a week or a weekend. '

'This hotel was super friendly and let us check in early so we could get ready for the concert we were seeing. All members of staff were kind and engaging, and the breakfast, while limited, was enjoyable and hot. '
