B&B in Bolivia

'We had a great room, very comfortabel with a good bed. comfortabel chairs, a little table and a clean bathroom with hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. One girl spoke very good English. Despite a heater, it was sometimes cold in the room. But we had enough blankets.'

'It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. 'First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was...
