'Rated it okay, as the room was fine for the price. Tiny room with small double bed pushed into the corner, so no bedside table on one side and no easy access to bedside charging. Shower was an old style power shower, so very weak and fiddly to control temperature. Window blinds didn't fully block the street lights and 'garden view' was 50/50 patio vs back alley/bins. Altogether clean and comfortable though, with a nice shared kitchen downstairs. Easy walk into town and good communication from...

'Better than expected for the price. Nothing extraordinary however it was clean, felt secure and safe, the owners were attentive and made it clear to reach out if we needed anything. Shared bathroom wasn’t the nicest but it was pretty clean and did the job absolutely. Heating in the room so wasn’t cold. Good overall !'

'Lovely host great service clean spacious peaceful friendly would deffo come again'

'Y'

'Mattress was awful, my room at the back stunk of weed. Mattress was thin and you could feel the springs. In essence, you get what you pay for but avoid and pay a few £ more for a Travelodge. Couldn’t recommend it less, avoid.'

'Would stay again. Good location and having parking is a bonus.'

'De kamer was opzich goed maar er was een enorme lekkage. De koffie, thee faciliteiten waren prima. Bedden en handdoeken waren keurig. Erg vriendelijk personeel. '

'The property overall was very good, but, would have to question why I needed to provide photo ID?'

'Very excellent place room clean 👌 and affordable accommodation.'

'Geen eigen wc, geen eigen douche. Geen water op de kamer. Licht kwam door de ramen. Bovenburen begonnen al om 06.00 lawaaibte maken en ook na 0.00 nog lawaai. Straat ook druk en lawaaig. Matras met plastic ertussen zorgt voor te warm bed en zweten.'

'Goed en netjes. Helaas geen ontbijtmogelijkheid.Buurt verouderd. Ver van centrum'

'Nice room, comfortable bed, nice kitchen which had everything you needed, quiet neighborhood, looks are deceiving as it looks run down but everyone appeared friendly'

'Ash Farm is a quaint bed and breakfast off the beaten track but close to all the amenities of Altrincham. Next door is a great pub; The Swan with 2 nicks. Within walking distance is Dunham Massey park. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet. A great retreat compared to the hustle and bustle of city hotels. The breakfast is a 5 star experience and has something for everyone. Obviously the Full English wins every day. The staff are wonderful and friendly making the whole experience first...
