'Cozy studio with a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and we grilled one evening. Outdoor seating and blankets if needed, but the view was enjoyed from inside as well. Binoculars in the unit to take a closer look at the boats and birds. Managing the bathroom fan (motion sensor) took a little getting used to. Great communication with Dale. Would definitely recommend, and stay again!'

'The location of this property was excellent for our needs. It is central to Lakewood and easy access to University Place, North End, and Steilacoom (without having to get on I-5). Lakewood Mall and Steilacoom Park are close by. I wish we could have made use of the lake and firepit, but it was not the right weather that weekend. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was a nice sized space and really perfect for 2 people.'

'First off the neighborhood is a dump and I mean literally trash piled up all over the place. Upon check in there was no blanket, sheets or pillows on the bed. The management team suggested to go buy some.After purchasing my own bedding and finally falling asleep a delivery person woke me up with sheets and a pillow, but no still no blanket. There was what appeared to be blood spattered on the wall. They said they were going to refund my money for the stay but of course never did. Steer Clear !'

'We came to the property for my baby moon- it was a lovely overnight trip to Vashon Island and it was such a blessing to stay in this studio! We brought my pup so I am glad we found such a cute space that allowed him. Loved the natural lighting, the bed was super comfy, and the hosts of the property allowed me to take the lilacs in the space home which really made me so happy! We would stay here again'

'The numbering of the apartments is odd -- when we picked #1, we thought (based on the photos) that it was the top floor. It turns out that #1 is the middle, #3 is the top, and #2 is the bottom! 'We came to Tacoma for a concert. We are very pleased with the space. The areas is not very nice so if you have kids I would keep that in mind but the interior is wonderful. Lots of space you could put an air mattress in the main bedroom if needed! We had a great experience here.'
