## THE ACCOMMODATION

The flat has two double bedrooms (convertible into single beds on request), each with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, offering comfort and privacy to all travellers.
The bright living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa bed, large TV and high-speed WiFi. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, classic and Nespresso coffee machines, and even a washing machine dryer, to make you feel right at home.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

## DEPOSIT

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €500 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €6.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

The Place Gambetta, recently redeveloped as a vast pedestrianised area planted with greenery, offers a pleasant place to relax in the heart of Bordeaux. Nearby, the Mériadeck district is home to the city's administrative centre and several museums, including the Musée des Beaux-Arts. The city hall, Saint-André cathedral and Pey-Berland Tower are also just a few minutes' walk away.

## ACCESS

From Bordeaux-Mérignac airport, you can reach the flat by taking Tram A to the ‘Gambetta Mériadeck’ station, just a few minutes' walk away. You can also take bus 1 from the ‘Aéroport’ stop to the same station.

From Bordeaux Saint-Jean station, Tram B will take you directly to the ‘Gambetta’ stop, very close to the accommodation.

If you are coming by car, please note that street parking is free between 7pm and 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The flat does not have its own private car park, but you will find the ‘Gambetta’ public car park just a few metres away. Prices vary according to the length of your stay, with a daily rate available.
