'Highly recommended for the overall experience and range of amenities. The rooms were modern, recently updated, clean and functional. View of the mountain was splendid. The terrace restaurant was outstanding in both service and quality, including drinks, cocktails and desserts. Deluxe studio suite | Uitzicht op de tuin

'A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.'

'False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!'

Een buitenzwembad, parasols voor strand/zwembad

'Het hotel ligt verscholen ver van de buitenwereld en de menukaart voor het restaurant s avonds was enkel in Bulgaars ter beschikking?!Dus gelukkig hadden we zelf nog iets te eten in onze koelbox. Verder was de dame bij de incheck vriendelijk en behulpzaam .'

'I have to say it was an excellent stay. Whilst it isn’t the Ritz, so don’t expect that, it was very solid and met the needs of a good base to access the slopes. Warm, big rooms, comfortable beds and adequate food. Remember, you get what you pay for - I’d stay here again. '

'Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good.'

'Lovely hotel, very personal. A little walk up to the ski fields - good exercise! Would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee. Would be happy to stay there again.'

'Tolles Aparthotel, sehr nettes Personal, persönliche Betreuung, tolles Essen. Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub genossen. Borovetz ist im Sommer zum Wandern empfehlenswert sowie das schöne Hotel.'
