'The resort was nice and clean. Friendly front desk employees but the restaurant employees could use some customer service training. I honestly booked this resort basic on the description of the location. It was walking distance to the boardwalk so I was thinking perfect its by more restaurants and shopping. The so call "boardwalk " is a ghost town. Maybe 4 stores and a lot of empty buildings. My husband and I was very disappointed. So DO NOT GO TO BOSSIER CITY unless you just want to gamble...

'Clean property. My only complaint is that the rooms AC need some work . Turned all the way down and it was so hot at night. They don’t have ceiling fans.'

'The pictures are the only thing that's nice with this hotel. Rooms are old and out of date. Floors dirty. Needs to be renovated. Ive stayed at some super 8 motels that was nicer than this.'

'I would’ve rated everything excellent but the property was under going renovation and it was a bit loud and dusty! The lady who made the cookies for the front desk, made sure we had an abundance of chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies. She went out of her way to make them for us.'

Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'Staff was outstanding and very helpful and very courteous. Cannot say enough about how easy it was to communicate with them. Breakfast was the best I have had in years. My compliments to the chef.'
