No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $250 fine.

Liability: The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring on the premises during the guest’s stay.

Damages: Any existing damage or broken items must be reported and confirmed at the time of check-in.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.

Deposit Use: In the event of damage or loss, the host reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. Further charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.

• The property accommodates up to 9 guests. Bedrooms are opened based on the number of registered guests.
• Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and will not be allowed to stay. We reserve the right to verify occupancy using security cameras.

Any visit from local law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund.
