Mooie Boston Brownstone

We hebben zojuist een verbluffende renovatie van boven naar beneden voltooid in dit prachtige brownstone-appartement in het hart van Boston aan de achterkant van de South End-lijn. Dit is onze tweede renovatie in ons brownstone-gebouw en we hebben momenteel meer dan 100 vijfsterrenrecensies tussen onze eigendommen. Vraag ernaar, want ik heb deze zojuist op VRBO vermeld!

Deze eenheid biedt een ruime open woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken met prachtige afgewerkte originele brede grenen vloeren, dramatische 11 voet plafonds met afgewerkte originele lijstwerk, bakstenen overal, gloednieuwe top van de lijn roestvrij koelkast, 5-pits gasfornuis, ingebouwde magnetron lade en witte aangepaste keukenkastjes met witte quartz aanrecht en backsplash. Keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat nodig is en prachtige marmeren badkamer is gevuld met kwaliteit badhanddoeken, shampoo, conditioner, body wash en föhn.

Er zijn 2 slaapkamers - een master met een kingsize bed en een kleinere slaapkamer met zichtbare bakstenen en een hoogwaardige canapé die uitloopt naar een koning. Beide hebben prachtige nieuwe bedden.

We hebben high definition flatscreens geïnstalleerd in elke slaapkamer, waaronder een 60-inch flatscreen in de woonkamer en elke kamer heeft een hoog rendement op afstand bedienbare warmte en airconditioning. Er is ook een gloednieuwe wasmachine-droger van Samsung en voldoende kastruimte in elke slaapkamer

My husband and I decided to come to Boston for 10 days over the Thanksgiving break to visit our sons. I specifically looked for a location that was centrally located between both of our son’s apartments and one that had a comfortable kitchen that was well stocked for cooking (this apartment did not disappoint!!). Sue and David could not have been more gracious, accommodating and helpful. When we arrived, they were waiting to greet us and David helped us with our bags. Prior to our arrival, I inquired about specific kitchen utensils/appliances (just to do my menu planning for the week and Thanksgiving) via the VRBO app. Sue immediately called me and asked me what things I needed. She took my list and set off to find everything that I was hoping to find in the unit. To say that she went above and beyond helping me get “stocked” and ready to cook was an understatement! As far as the unit itself, it was beautiful, clean, very well stocked with extra supplies (like toilet paper, sheets, plenty of towels etc) and perfectly located within the South End of Boston. Their location cannot be beat! The unit is located right next to an Orange T-station. So centrally located to anywhere you may want to venture in Boston. We hope to come back many times while our sons are still living in the area. We have found our “home away from home” in Boston! Thank you Sue and David!

A perfect stay in Boston

I cannot say enough good things about this property and about Sue and David. I had a two week stay in Boston for work, and it proved the perfect temporary home. It was so clean and so well equipped with anything you could need (sound machines, extra sheets, baking supplies, etc.). It is mere steps away from the orange line, which proved the most convenient of all— not to mention the walking distance Whole Foods! The second I need to return to Boston, I am booking this property again. 10/10.

Magical Christmas Holiday

This property was the perfect backdrop for our Boston Christmas getaway. Sue’s beautiful brownstone was comfortable, in a perfect location, and so beautifully appointed. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was outfitted with everything we would possibly need, and the couch/TV area was perfect for gathering to watch Christmas movies. Sue was so helpful and added some little touches to make our stay very festive. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Just lovely!

Perfect retreat after exploring the city

We loved this apartment. It is beautiful, lots of closet space, big king beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus was stocked with some basic foods like coffee, milk, sparkling water, etc. It had plenty of room to hang out in the living area, and was a lovely Place to sit and watch the city wake up in the morning.The hosts were so helpful and responsive.
