Sla het hotel over en doe iets heel unieks en leuks! Ervaar Boston vanuit het perspectief van je eigen drijvende huis! Genesteld in een beschermde jachthaven in Boston Harbor, is onze woonboot volledig uitgerust met alle gemakken en voorzieningen van thuis!

De boot is volledig voorzien van airconditioning in de zomer en verwarmd in de winter. Het overdekte voordek heeft buiten zitplaatsen. Drink uw cocktail en bekijk het havenverkeer. Gratis Wi-Fi is inbegrepen in uw huurprijs.
Perfect voor 2, het kan ook een voordelige keuze voor 4 zijn met de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Wij zijn gevestigd in de jachthaven van Charlestown. Toegankelijk via watertaxi, auto of taxi. Loop naar de USS Constitution, Bunker Hill, TD Garden en de North End. MBTA water shuttle is een korte wandeling. UBER direct beschikbaar. Parkeren is mogelijk tegen $ 25 per dag en wordt apart in rekening gebracht.
Onze woonboot ligt in een zeer veilige en omheinde jachthaven, op slechts enkele minuten van de populairste attracties van het centrum van Bostons; Fanueil Hall / Quincy Market, North End, het New England Aquarium, het Children's Museum en het Boston Convention Center. Onze handige locatie maakt het gemakkelijk voor u om interessante plaatsen te bereiken. We hebben zojuist deze woonboot gekocht, maar hebben al meerdere jaren andere boten gehad. Reizende verpleegkundigen let op. We verhuren onze woonboten van 1 november tot 1 maart voor $ 1500 per maand plus elektriciteit.

Glamping in the Charlestown Marina

Three night stay in Boston and thought staying on a houseboat sounded like fun. The location is excellent and the houseboat matched the listing. Check-in process does require coordination but was fairly easy. The only glitch (not host's fault) was a 4-hour power outtage that apparently happens frequently during hot weather - - power to entire Naval Yard and Marina was out. The bed is super comfortable but the shower is tiny. Walkable location to restaurants and easy uber ride to Fenway, Boston Common, and the North End for great Italian. Our 17-year-old son loved the experience!

Lovely and unique

Such a quiet, lovely setting. It was a bit of a commute into downtown Boston harbor, but it was by ferry so it was fun! Accommodations were spotless and comfortable. Would stay there again.

The booking process was easy. Checking in and out was super easy. The waves were a bit rough at times but the houseboat was so stable that the waves didn't bother me. The stay provided me with some much-needed rest. I recommend this houseboat.

I so happened to pick the coldest week but had no choice as was visiting. Everything was very clean and easy process coming into and leaving properly. I would definitely stay here again but in Spring season. Host was easily accessible to communicate with.

Unique Vacation Stay

We loved staying on this houseboat. It was kind of like an adventure inside of an adventure. The only thing I would have changed (if I had the ability) was the weather. Our stay was in November (we were there for an event), so it was chilly. Next time we will stay when it's warmer, so we can enjoy coffee (by morning) and wine (by evening) out on the houseboat's deck. Our greeter was very helpful with the houseboat orientation and with walking directions from the boat. The location was really convenient to downtown Boston, the Freedom Trail, and the subway, whether walking or driving. All in all, a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

First time on a house boat

My 2 adult daughters and my grandson stayed for 5 days to sightsee in Boston and walk the Freedom Trail. The house boat was in a beautiful marina with a very nice bath house, surrounded by boardwalks and a park-like setting. Close to the USS Constitution and numerous places to eat. We were greeted at the gate by Sherry and she gave us a great and informative tour of the marina, bath house, and boat. The boat had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We visited the end of October and we're warm and cozy. The boat rocked delightfully all the time. It was an amazing stay!!! We would love to repeat it again.

Wonderful escape

The location puts you within walking distance of all the basic necessities: coffee. Lots of great places to eat nearby and a short distance from the ferry as well if you want to venture out. The house boat is cozy and comfortable and the marina is calm and quiet. Perfect for relaxing or catching up on some much needed rest. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return next time we are in town.

Boston freedom trail

East coast adventure. Stayed on the house boat as it was so unique. We ubered alot as getting around Boston and parking is difficult. The drivers are not patient. We loved our stay.

Houseboat is as advertised. Clean comfortable place to lay your head close to the Freedom Trail USS Constitution. Space is small and shower is very small but that would be expected on a houseboat. Good option for the price and location.

On the water and close to Boston

This houseboat is set up quite well for guests. It is an older boat, but everything you need is there. It is in a safe place. It was quiet. The waves were not too bad most of the time. There were confusing rules that said one thing in the email handouts and something quite different on the rules posted in the house. We did the best we could to interpret. The price was fine, but the markups that VRBO adds MORE than doubled the cost. Add $50 for parking and is was a pricey excursion that sadly the owner does not get to share in. We wish there was more infrastructure within walking distance in Charlestown. Just a couple of restaurants and just a couple breakfast places. Overall the house was well represented in the description. The 4 pages of rules and regs was a little intimidating but we understand the protections for the house and the boat community around need to be communicated.
