We are a family of four from Chicago. We booked this unit since it’s a 2 bedroom which gave us room. This is in china town which is convenient since Boston is pretty small but a little rougher of a neighborhood. Check in process was fine. Unit needs a deep clean. There appear to be some feces or something on the door and mold in shower. Water pressure in main bath was terrible. Think a half empty flower watering pot that’s just slightly tipped over. The noise at night was more than expected. Again - we are from Chicago and used to city noise. The windows here are paper thin or something else is going on. You could hear talking and all street noises from the 6th floor. If they clean this place up I’d say it was a no frills 3 star out of 5.

Clothes washer did not work because it was not connected to the water line. Microwave also kept short circuiting while we were trying to make popcorn. It short circuited about four times. Otherwise place was clean and spacious

I was going to give this property a 5 star review. The good part of this place was very easy check in, friendly staff at the reception, cleanliness and location. However, the big issue was the maintenance. My kitchen sink drain stopped working and despite repeated complaints to their 24/7 Customer Service, it wasn’t fixed for 72 hours, and then I had to leave. The drain was clogged and it was creating a bad smell. My issue is that no one came to either fix it or call me back. If you want to run a 5 star property, you need to provide 5 star maintenance. Overall, I still think it’s a great place if they can sort out their maintenance issues. The second problem is with the wifi. It switches off around night time. Overall great property. Would definitely consider staying there again.

There's NOTHING LUXURY ABOUT THIS APARTMENT! Everything in the apartment was cheap or old. Pros Easy check in. Concierge was accommodating. Plenty of space in the apartment. Great location Welcome basket Cons Couldn't download the app( android) App didn't work (iphone) Poor communication. Elevator smells. HARD BED: We rented the one bedroom. My son slept on the couch. I slept in the bedroom. The bed is terribly hard, it creeks and crackles. Every time I turned over in the bed, the loud noises woke my son who slept in the adjacent room... We only booked for one night, it was one of the worst nights of sleep I've ever had. TV REMOTES in the wrong room: Upon arrival both televisions were on with the volume all the way up. It took us forever to realize the mix up. We originally thought the remote controls didn't work which caused alot of frustrations. An easy fix for this would be to label the remotes. The towels are hard and cheap. Overall it was just an okay experience. Not a luxury experience. I don't recommend.

What a gem. High ceilings, right in the outskirts of Chinatown, next to our favorite restaurant Asian Gardens. Very thoughtful preparations and amenities. The security staffs make things feel safe. I’d definitely come back and hopefully stay longer. Silver line will get you there from Logan. Close to everything. Bed is surprisingly comfortable for my bad back.

Although I fully paid for my accommodation 5 bays before booking day, I was not on the list of guests and was not allowed to check in by the security guard. I was left on the streets alone in a city I don't know on a cold and rainy evening.

Clean, quiet, and spacious. After travelling for a quite a while, it was convenient to be able to wash and dry my clothes in the room's machines using the provided power. The keys were a slight nuisance to carry around though.

The kitchen was nice as we had a Thanksgiving dinner for our son, who is going to school near there so we were able to cook him a traditional meal. Also, having an apartment vs. a hotel room was nice. I did not like that, after I made my reservation, I was sent an email asking for my credit card information again, along with my date of birth and a copy of my credit card, both front and back. I had already given my credit card information, and asking for my date of birth and copies f the card was concerning at the least;. I checked online and sending a copy of your credit card was considered a bad risk as email is not secure. I questioned this in an email and was told by SeanX that it was for a different group and that they needed my credit card for potential damages. This, again, made no sense as I had already given my credit card information. In all the travel I have done, I've never heard of this. And I have stayed at apartments that charged as hotels. I finally agreed to show my credit card to the clerk when I checked into the hotel, but I was never asked for it during my stay. It must not have been that important. If I go back to that area, I'll definitely have to think hard before I try to stay there again.

Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.

The Suites were clean and well kept. We rented two. One looked like the pictures. The had a galley kitchen and no island which would have been nice. The location was great. It was very centrally located and walking distance to the Commons and many other attractions.

the room was dirty, the sheets had stains, removed the sheets and the mattress was dirty and with stains too; the microwave was dirty with old food.
