Respect for Neighbors & Quiet Hours:

This is a quiet neighborhood, and we ask that all guests be respectful of our neighbors. While you are welcome to enjoy your stay, this is not a party house.

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please keep noise levels reasonable at all times.

No unauthorized gatherings: A maximum of 7 guests are allowed on the property at any time unless prior approval is granted by the host.

Security & Monitoring Devices:

For security and guest safety, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras located on the front porch, upper-level back porch, and basement-level porch. These cameras are only on the exterior and do not record any interior spaces. The devices will be on and recording 24/7, detecting motion during the reservation for guest safety purposes.

Guest & Age Requirements:

The primary renter must be at least 28 years old and must disclose all guest information, including the total number of guests staying on the property.

Pets & Smoking:

1-2 pets are allowed as long as they are disclosed at the time of booking.
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home or on the property.
No candles or open flames inside the home.

Fireworks & Hazardous Materials:

Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property at all times.

Winter Conditions & Snow Removal:

Guest Responsibility- Renters are responsible for shoveling and sanding the walkway, stairs and driveway. A shovel and sand are provided.

Plumbing:

Do NOT flush: Feminine products, wipes, paper towels, or any other materials. Guests may be charged for damages if improper disposal results in plumbing issues.

Child Safety:

Children under 13 are not permitted on the back patio unless accompanied by an adult.
