'This is a brand new hotel. My husband and I liked the cleanliness and its quiet location. However, no one was present at the check-in counter when we arrived in the morning to leave our luggage. Then, same thing happened when we came back to check-in later that day. We had to wait several minutes twice. Both staff apologized and were very helpful and nice though. They cleaned up the room on the 2nd day and all the towels disappeared when returned. The next day, we returned to an uncleaned room...

'We stay at this property for a couple of nights and it was great, quiet, relaxing peaceful the amount of horses on the property are amazing there have the dining area set up very nicely too. There is a playroom where you can go and play ping-pong and other games like pool table. In addition to that they offer breakfast lunch and dinner very good breakfast a very good lunch I’m very good dinner. I had food in their property twice in our state and I was surprised of how good the food was fresh...

'Sleepless night. The back of the hotel faces active train tracks. Many complaints about the night long extremely loud noise from trains coming through. Makes it nearly impossible to sleep!!! The hotel promotes a "new level of relaxation." What you will be doing is cursing under breath at the ridiculously load train noises right outside your window. My wife and I woke up exhausted from a sleepless night. A waste of money if you can't sleep while paying for a hotel.'

'No pool! Even though it is listen in the description the pool has been broken for years & the guy at the front desk said “there have been lots of people very upset to find out the pool is broken”. The room was somewhat clean, but the towels smelled like dirty feet & the fridge in our room was broken. There is NO pool/NO spa.'
