'This was by far the best hotel. I’ve stayed at in my five years of traveling to Cabo. It’s a brand new hotel and the Hart of San Jose and not only was the hotel. One of my favorites, it was so clean, the amenities were fantastic and the staff was over the top Excellent! 'Such a very nice boutique hotel, clean, air conditioned and staff was great! Everything was right out the hotel…restaurants, shops, pharmacies!! the air conditioned was noisy especially for night time sleep plus I wish they had a mirror maybe a long one in the bedroom so one can get ready well the other is in the bathroom! Oh the swimming pool was on the roof top (we never used) but it look cozy and cute! Very well kept!'

'The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...
