'Nice pool area. Some people put down towels early to reserve. Staff will move if they don’t come back within an hour. Staff we friendly and helpful. Food was great. Service was great. They try to get you to join the club, but are not too pushy if you tell them up front you don’t want to join. Non-smoking resort. Only place to smoke was a smoking area near the front gate. '

'The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

'This hotel was 10/10 for us! It's so calm and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond, and they are so kind. The pools are amazing. You're right next to the beach as well. I went with my young adult kids and they loved it as well. It's a beautiful hotel. It's immaculately clean and right across the street there are several places to eat and shop as well as the restaurants on site. Would definitely go back highly recommend it!! '

'Leuk, kleinschalig (waardoor persoonlijker) hotel met ruime, nette kamers, wel druk bezet door veelal Mexicanen, ietwat gehorig. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt met ruime keuze, waar voor je geld. Goedkoop naar Baja-maatstaf. 5 minuten lopen naar historisch centrum, strand is wel een half uur lopen.'
