'We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. We chose this location because we wanted something quiet and surrounded by nature, and it absolutely delivered. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable and very reasonably priced. 'I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful. The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff. Highly recommended.'

'After a truly horrible experience with a different property in Puerto Vallarta, Vallarta shores was a saving grace for our family trip. The staff did their best to immediately accommodate our family when moving to their property at 11:00 a.m. The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned with amazing views. We will definitely be back!'

'Geweldig accommodatie op een mooie plek met super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.'

'It was our 3rd stay at V Azul and again we absolutely loved it! The apartments are amazing, there’s everything you need. The property is very well maintained and clean. The pool on the roof has a spectacular view! The location is perfect: close to the beach and great restaurants. And last but not least: people working at Azul are very friendly and always willing to help. We cannot wait to be back!'

'Very nice hotel and rooms. It’s worth it to come back'
