'The unit is really good, spacious, clean and perfect location. It is challenging without AC when it is hot, but most places do not have AC in Paris. You should know that there is no on site staff, so it is self check in and check out with taking and dropping keys within 5-7 mins walk. I general I am happy with it'

'We did not like that we had to walk 8 mins from property to get a key, it was also very hard to find the key safe box. We found the property moderately clean, could have been cleaned better. Neighborhood was great!! '

'When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. '

'Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

'Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.'

'De studio is licht en goed ontworpen, waardoor hij ondanks zijn grootte ruim aanvoelt. Ik was dol op de moderne inrichting en hoe functioneel alles was.'

'I loved the location, the room was clean and confortable with a small kitchen, hot water, good linens and a/c. The cleaning lady Lilit was so very kind and helpful, we could leave our bags for a while longer while she clean the room for the next stay and was fantastic. I would definitely stay here next time unless you need steady internet for remote work (not as stable, still available though). Au revoir'
