'The host was very accommodating and always available to help answer any questions. The house was very welcoming and spotlessly clean upon arrival. My family and I felt right at home as many amenities were provided, even some ear plugs that we forgot to bring for our concert venue that was conveniently nearby at the Prudential Center. Many other places were also conveniently nearby for shopping and entertainment as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area, or even NYC...

'The place is an apartment complex with security. The furniture slid across the floor whenever we sat down. The leg on the bed about broke with our weight. Was told I could have early check in but then was told that there was no record of the conversation but I have the receipt, and sent it but was ignored after I sent it. Was made to clean the place or was threatened to be charged, but this was not in the agreement. Misleading and unprofessional. The floor was not swept or mopped. '

'No pool, security kind of sketchy, loud kids running upstairs like a drill sergeants and jumping off their bed starting at 7AM. Water doesn’t get hot for long in the shower. '
