'It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare'

'Very friendly staff. Convenient location near the Stadium anc the village centre. Traffic noise (incl aircraft for Heathrow), but at night very little traffic so limited nuisance. Room very small, I had to unpack my bag on the floor. Fair value for money.'

'The shower had only one heat setting - scalding. The sink taps wobbled and the sink was almost blocked. Otherwise everything was fine.'
