'Loved our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our extended family group of 6 adults. The stand-out mention is for the great location with spectacular, unobstructed views. Communication with host, Melinda, was easy. She was so helpful and quick to respond to a couple of questions that came up during our visit. We hope to return to Cambria again and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this place.'

'We enjoyed our stay here and loved the back deck with views for miles. The master was especially nice with the updated bathroom. The home was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. My only suggestion, and the reason we wouldn’t rebook, is that the mattresses were terrible. All 4 of use complained every morning when we got up about shoulder and back pain. They really need to be replaced with something more comfortable,.'

'We really enjoyed the stay here. I liked how it was secluded into the forest and every window had views of the trees and deers really close drive to the coastal access! The kitchen was well equipped and the house was really clean. The highway sound wasn't bad at all but I like a little noise when I sleep. Overall I'm really happy with the decision I made because I was going back and forth on hotel or house and this was a great decision. So much wildlife :)'

'This is a wonderful place to stay as it really is walking distance to everything in and around the downtown Paso Robles Square. The house is a great size with everything you need. The beds for us were very comfortable. We brought our own pots, pans and knifes and we used the many farmers markets to gather fresh food to cook each night. The only downside is 16th street is a Main Street used by the locals in the morning and again at night time. Other than that very quit. Yes we hope to stay here...

'The house was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. It was a great neighborhood, very quiet. The feeling of the house was somewhat sterile starting with the electronic welcome board by the front door which the property management company placed there. The furnishings were okay. In my opinion the house lacked warmth which others may not care about. I liked the open layout for the kitchen,eating,dining, family room. I caution anyone thinking of having a party here to be aware that...

'We go to Paso Robles every year for a Wildland firefighter fundraiser. This year we booked this house and had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was big and allowed us to cook home made meals to have dinner with the family. The rooms were big and had comfortable pillows. Easy access to the pool with a gate around it, which gave us a feel for security for the kids to stay out of it. Overall it was a great house.'

'Staying at the Victorian Castle is always a pleasure. The decks are peaceful and have great forest views and occasional visits from local turkey and deer. The house itself is well appointed and cozy, and it’s a perfect location to walk into West Village. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Cambria!'

'Lovingly restored with all the details a Farmhouse should have. The smallest things like a doggie kennel built under the stairs and a luxurious claw foot tub in the master bedroom just push it over the top!! My goal for my birthday celebration was to be within walking distance of downtown for wine tasting and this is perfect! There is also a separate space that can be rented called baby bliss if you should need more bedrooms that was also adorable! The outside space was also perfectly set up...

'The best part of this home is the view and closeness to nature. The views are outstanding and the peacefulness and tranquility of the location was exceptional. There were a few maintenance details about the home that need attention in addition to some kitchen utensil refurbishments needed. These were communicated to the property manager. The property manager was very responsive and also dealt with an ant problem experienced in both bathrooms immediately. Bbq does not work well and needs...

'The property is as advertised. It's clean and cozy. We had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. We used used the gas barbecue and fire pits. The rooms were large, and the beds were comfortable. I've had situations where "king" beds were not true kings, but these were perfect for my 6'3" frame. The locations was minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants. Most of the wineries we visited were within a 20 minute drive or less.'
