Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond!
The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). The wellness facilities were top-notch too - the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made for a relaxing and refreshing...

'The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. It took a while to get used to the shower because it is very tricky to adjust the temperature. The bed linen was torn. However, the breakfast was a total disaster. All the bread and cake were stale and not fresh. Furthermore, the hotel is far too expensive. There is a much better and cheaper hotel around the corner. I would not recommend this hotel. '

"We booked a ‘stylish apartment with river view’ in Glasow with a private parking space.It was a very disappointing experience! The flat was not stylish at all! Very important: it was NOT clean! The couch was old and full of staines and holes. The bedrooms were very small The closet in de bedroom was full of cleaning supplies, so we could not use it. The view was highway view which also meant a lot of noise! It was absolutely not clean and a lot of maintenance is needed! We could not use our private parking space because the bollard was broken!We contacted the owner and VRBO but nothing has been done to solve the problems!Our biggest complaint is that the ad promises a lot and none of it is true! It takes a lot of time to contact the owner and VRBO and nothing changes! This is not what you want during your holiday!"
