'Very bad check-in experience. The hotel found my reservation, which I had already paid in full through Expedia, but they still tried to charge me again. My card would not go through, and no one would explain what the problem was. I even called my bank, and there was nothing wrong with my card or my account. After making me wait over an hour, they finally called me over and said it was all set and I could go to my room — with no explanation and no apology for their mistake. Very unprofessional....
