'Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. 'Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed a week in Guilford. The children safely played in the yard and rode their push bikes in the driveway. The privacy and views were excellent. The house easily provided ample space for us all. We walked to the beach and enjoyed playing in the sand and running in the splash pad. Mystic Aquarium and Hamonassett State Park were easy car rides. 'Two words perfectly describe this property. Charm and Character seasoned with history. It is a comfortable place to be, and you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was just what our group of 7 needed. Be sure to look at the painted door in one of the 1st floor bedrooms. The kitchen has all you need to make a feast. 'A nice long weekend beach getaway with family. House had everything we needed, was very clean and neat and everyone had their own space too. Our host was very responsive when I messaged him. Lots of places to shop and eat and the beach is super close! Thank you for a great place to stay for a really nice long weekend with my family. We will be back!'

'A wonderful beach bungalow in a fantastic location!! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable and cozy. The outdoor space was an added bonus!!
