Alpine Retreat at Tyra is a spacious and cozy condo located within the Tyra Summit condominium complex with ski-in access, and a close proximity to the Snowflake Lift which is adjacent to the Four O' Clock ski run.

The owners invite you to enjoy staying in this wonderful "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

1 - There is a No Smoking Policy which is strictly enforced by the Tyra Summit HOA. This includes any cigarette, vape and marijuana products.

2 - There is a No Pet Policy which is strictly enforced by the Tyra Summit HOA.

3 - Service Animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are allowed. The work or tasks performed by a Service Animal must be directly related to a guest staying at the property, and to that individual’s disability. Emotional Support, Comfort and Therapy animals are not Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not permitted.

Lodging for daughter's wedding.

The property was beautiful with trails right out the backdoor for riding or hiking. We even had a visit from a moose. Check in was simple, we recieved a text message with all the codes for room and pool. The pool code didnt work initially, but when I text Twillia, she responded immediately with the updated code. We had a wonderful time. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Might have prefered a first floor spot, but got a workout going up the stairs, haha.

Winter Wonderland

We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge at this fantastic condo. The check-in was very easy and accommodating to our plans. The condo was clean and inviting. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Our kids loved watching the skiers coming down the slopes off the back patio. My husband and I enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evenings after a long day of skiing. The location was very convenient to downtown Breck and the chairlifts. We needed to extend our stay due to flight changes with incoming weather and the host made it simple and easy to add on an extra day. My only complaint would be starting a puzzle to find that it had some missing pieces. Don't worry we bought our own Breckenridge puzzle to take back home to complete. We can't wait to return to this winter wonderland!

2025 Family Ski Trip

We really wnjoyed our stay at thai properrty. This was our 6th year skiing Breck, staying at a different VRBO each time, and this one was our overall favorite!

Overall, it was nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Furniture was comfortable. True ski in location. We had an incident with the unit above us leaking into our bathroom. The response was swift but not very competent. I would have preferred the bathroom to have been cleaned instead of just had towels used to mop up the water.

Excellent Location

Perfect location in Lionshead Village, with a super short walk to the gondola. Really preferred this to other locations in Vail Village. Plenty of nice shops in Lionshead, as well as greet restaurants and coffee shops. We walked to Vail Village, which was an easy and pleasant walk. The condo itself has some tight bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers that require a bit of step to get into. The kitchen was great, although it really only got breakfast use as we sampled the many restaurants available nearby for lunch and dinner. Comfortable sitting area and a large dining table. The included parking was really appreciated, but is a short walk from it to the condo with some stairs to traverse. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property with incredible access!

Our group of 6 came into town for a ski trip and loved this place. It's just a 2 minute drive from downtown, we were able to ski down the hill to the ski lift, and ski right back to the condo from the mountain when we were done for the day. Clean and cozy with all our needs for the weekend.

Great Family Getaway!

We had a fun and relaxing stay here!!! Felt comfy and cozy by the fire after a long trip from Florida to get here! Perfect location to wake up and jump on our skis, walk out to the 4 o clock run, ski down to snowflake lift to Peak 8! Was also super close to beaver run and peak 9! Came home and enjoyed the hot tub! Downtown was minutes away for a little nightlife!! rebooking for next year right after I finish this!!

Great Condo!

We had a great few days at this condo. The location is very convenient to ski down to the Snowflake lift in the morning and ski right into the condo at the end of the day. Spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and the kids enjoyed the board games. Would stay here again!

Perfect Stay
