'Very cozy feeling stay and enjoyed the hot tub !'

'We have stayed in Breck several times previously, but this was absolutely the best location we have found. The condo was 100% as advertised and the view of the mountain was amazing. It was quiet in the morning and at night but had a great après ski atmosphere as well. We will book it again the next time we head to Breck!'

'Perfect location l, perfect amenities. Love the location to and from beaver run lift, very easy to ride into ground floor to grab lunch or snacks. Owner was very responsive, answer everything I asked. Kids said the sofa bed was the most comfortable mattress they had ever slept on. You don't hear that much from a sofa bed. 'We loved staying at Frisco Mountain View Flat. It was great to have the large garage for our bikes and it was wonderful to be able to have my dog with us. The apartment is very well stocked for all your basic needs and everything was in working order. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to answer questions about the area . The location is excellent for walking to Frisco for meals and also east access to Frisco trail and Rainbow Lake hiking.'

'We were really happy with our room, as well as the amenities offered by Grand Timber Lodge. We used the shuttle every day, and it worked out really well since we didn't have a car.'

'Very comfortable place to stay. You can walk to everywhere downtown and the river is a five minute walk. The downside was the balcony which overlooked the gas station and hot tubs.'

'There were so many good things about this place. VERY close to peak 9 lift (5 min walk). All appliances were new, hot water was abundant, multiple board games for the kids, TVs were new & easy to use. We will definitely be back!'

I had missed payment deadline because I forget. I immediately paid. But owner was cool for not cancelling. 'I've falled in love with Frisco over the years and this townhouse only helped the affinity for this town. The property is spacious for families and great for entertaining. We cooked full family dinners in the kitchen, sat by the fire place reading books, and even had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard. My only critique would be the low quality bathroom kit (enough for one person to shower once) and the towels should be upgraded (they are pretty rough).
