'We had an absolutely perfect stay at this studio. The stunning view was definitely one of the highlights – truly beautiful and even better than expected. The studio was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was also excellent: friendly, easy, and very responsive. We felt completely at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!'

'Manager has a terrible character, as we moved sofa bed she became crazy, my wife broke a old glass so she charged 20 euros, just to keep some hours out luggage outside this very tiny alartment this kady charged 5 euros'

'Great stay over F1 weekend'

'The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

'Wonderful!'

'Fanatic apartment in Cap D’Ail. Charoline is an excellent host and communicated fantastically throughout. Highly recommend.'

'Pros: The appartment is located slightly above the coast and has a fantastic view to the sea. Livia is a great hostess and was always available for us. The appartment is very well equipped and very clean. Opposite the apartment complex is a hotel with a seawater pool, which you can use at favourable rates, but we didn't make use of it as we preferred to go to the beach. The village of Ospedaletti with its restaurants and beaches is within walking distance. There is also a bus stop directly above...

'A nice and clean apartment in a comfortable place. Good parking and close to bus and train station.'
