'The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. They checked you in by telling you to “fill out this paper”,...

'The room was clean and spacious. I was also impressed with the number of outlets in the room, we normally struggle to find enough outlets to charge our electronics. Breakfast was yummy and the dining area was well stocked. The only issue we had with this location was that the indoor pool was very cold. Either the pool is not heated or the heater was not working. Otherwise we had we had a great day!'

'I came in town for a wedding and as soon as I walked in the doors, I was greeted with a friendly associate from the hotel. The hotel was very clean. There was no noise even at night on a weekend. They had a great breakfast. The hotel was very clean and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here'

'This Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. Excellent service, very friendly, room was clean and very comfortable. Bed and pillows were incredible. The breakfast was exceptional. 'I thought the hotel in a whole was very nice, clean, quiet stay. The thing I didn't like was that when I pulled my covers back to lay in the beautiful, comfortable bed there was a super long piece of hair under the covers laying on the fitted sheet. So therefore I had to sleep on top of the covers and cover up with 2 bath towels, but other than that I'll definitely recommend and stay again '

"Perfecte ligging doch soms lawaai en drukte aan de liften omwille van drukbezochte rooftop. Lift B werkte niet waardoor we 20minuten in onwetenheid stonden te wachten (na 3 meldingen geen feedback of alternatief voorgesteld) uiteindelijk met bagage naar rooftop gegaan waar ze ons wel hielpen. Service in lobby kon beter. Ander personeel was heel erg vriendelijk."
