'We love Chico Bay & the owners! This was our third time booking Chico Bay and we will be back again. The Penthouse Suite has the best views! We could sit on the deck all day & night watching the wildlife. There is nothing the owners did not think of to make us feel at home. From the eggs, oj & Prosecco in the refrigerator to the blankets for outside on a chilly evening, the book full of recommendations of places to eat, visit and explore.... We look forward to our time in Washington every year...

'Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! '

'The rooftop facility is amazing! Everything is very new and modern and well equipped. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here whenever we come back to Seattle'

'What a great place! Kitchen was very handy to have and we felt like we were at home in this unit. The unit was spotless and bed was comfy. Bathroom was big and the location was primo for the arena. We walked to pike place market, space needle and the hockey game. Having the parking pass was also a huge bonus. We would stay here again on our next visit to Seattle without hesitation. '

'Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. 'Wonderful stay! Super clean, cute place in walking distance of kind of everything. Parking garage was really handy though I'd recommend to stick to a midsize SUV at the very largest for the available spot. Very convenient place for hanging out in the city and walking to the game and back. Lots of effort is clearly out into keeping this apartment nice for guests. Would definitely stay again! '
