'This is by far the best hotel I've ever been to in Milan! Super close to Duomo, safe neighbourhood and close to literally everything! Even though the hotel is situated in the city centre, it was so calm and peaceful. Breakfast was nice, and offered gluten alternatives. The room was very clean, and cleaned every single day, with new towels etc. The hotel bar was also excellent; we got a free drink every single night, on the house. 'Clean room, nice location and everything we needed. Bed was not comfortable with a very soft topper and pillows that were too thick/fat. When we asked the staff if they had other pillows for us they said no. They weren't very helpful with other questions either.'

'Room was very clean, cofre/tea/water available in the room. Bathroom good. Very kind people and excellent location. From my room I could hear traffic and feel when the tram was passing in the street. I went to do tourism and enjoyed the location.'
