'We didn’t see any staff there. The room was ok but the bed was too high and very inconvenient and uncomfortable. They provided a step stool but of no use as it may hurt during night time when you get up to go to the bathroom. The room was basic walk up. Nothing extraordinary. Also, the restaurant did not serve food and we had go to Conway around 7 miles to get something. Overall the stay was so so.'

'Our host, John, was so inviting and helpful with local eateries. Home cooked breakfast and goodies were delicious! Very pleased with our stay and highly recommend!'

'Lovely family run inn with a great location for touring. Breakfast was super.'

'Breakfast was great but the inn is super old. They have box fans in the room. That should tell you something about the condition of the room.'

'The host was very clear on how to access the property and set expectations regarding breakfast, the room stay, and was so nice and helpful in answering any questions. The property was beautiful, charming, and well kept. We would love to visit again!'

'Just a few steps and you're in the LL Bean shopping center!!! Amazing location! So many places to eat within walking distance! So many shops, not enough time and money! Great hosts, great breakfast! Such lovely couple who owns the place made sure we're comfortable and happy! Charming house decorated the New England way!'

'A very nice B&B in Freeport Maine. Very friendly innkeepers. Great home cooked cookies and breakfast.'

'When we drove up, we noticed a For Sale sign on the property. No one was present in the home, so we called the phone number which was provided inside. A woman came to show us our rooms, to give us room keys and to answer any questions. After that she left, and we did not see anyone else throughout our stay. We were the only guests at the property. I had previously received an email telling me the restaurant was being closed for the winter season. I assumed that breakfast and bar services...

'The rooms need much better cleaning; especially, the bathrooms. We heard the same from other guests. There was zero contact with the host, you are on your own.'

'Fantastic stay. We had the Stovall room which was very spacious. Bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was also very big. Nice shower with lots of water pressure and nice products. Service was super friendly and everything was clearly explained. We’re lucky enough to be able to park next to the building. Only thing that could finish things off would be a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker.'
