'The rental did not have a king-sized bed as advertised. (I even specifically asked beforehand and was reassured that it did.) There weren't any hot mitts or kitchen towels. Two of the bedrooms are missing blinds and the sprayer for the kitchen sink does not work. Upon arrival we found a bottle of Advil propping open the window in the bedroom with bunk beds. This is unsafe since we had young children with us. The amenities mentioned spices and a baby gate, but those could not be found....

'We have rented many placed in North Conway, mainly ski on/off. This is hands down the nicest property we have been to so far. Direct views of Cranmore Mtn (300 yards away) from the hot tub and upper deck. Extremely spacious, beautifully decorated and a perfect location to the mountain and town. Host was very accommodating and a Joy to work with. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking. '
