29 Larrabee's Run is een mooi huis met twee verdiepingen dat aan de oever van het sprankelende Highland Lake in Bridgton, Maine (het merengebied van Maine) ligt. Larrabee's Run heeft het beste van beide werelden - het biedt zowel privé-plezier binnen als buiten, en het is ook op korte loopafstand van het centrum van Bridgton (met een overvloed aan restaurants en winkels om te verkennen) ... deze accommodatie heeft het allemaal, direct bij u handbereik!

Dit huis aan het meer beschikt over prachtige kathedraalplafonds, prachtig houtwerk, grote ramen met veel zonlicht en veel ruimte voor maximaal 12 overnachtende gasten en ook voor een leuk gezelschap. En met 3.500sqft woonoppervlak, en slaapkamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimte op zowel het bovenste als onderste niveau, is er ruimte voor iedereen om een ​​eigen plek te hebben! Elk niveau heeft uitzicht op het meer en directe toegang tot de buitenlucht. Deze woning heeft 5 slaapkamers en 3 complete badkamers. We bieden vrijwel alle voorzieningen die u ook nodig heeft (zie de uitgebreide lijst hieronder)!

U kunt genieten van rustige nachten voor uw openhaard of vuurplaats, een film kijken thuis, zwemmen en spelen in uw eigen tuin aan het meer met privéstrand en terras ... of u kunt wandelen, fietsen, zwemmen, boot of rijden naar de drukte van het centrum van Bridgton, waar je een film kunt nemen, uit eten kunt gaan, naar een pub, winkel, enz.

Our group of 3 families had a wonderful stay taking advantage of the swim dock, kayaks, fire pit and dinners on the deck. We appreciated the small touches of toiletry items in the bathrooms, a kitchen with plenty of supplies including tupperware/storage containers, and lots of games and puzzles. The indoor basketball game kept the kids entertained and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful house. So many renter friendly touches. We enjoyed the s’mores kit and bottle of wine provided by the owners. Highland Lake is beautiful with plenty of loons and good fishing. Every morning we enjoyed a walk into town and through nearby parks. Great to have restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Our family of 11 had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The amenities were outstanding and plentiful, the beach, dock and float were perfect and everyone from the ages of 11/2 to 80 enjoyed every moment on the lake.Having 2 BR's and a br on the lower floor as well as a huge living area allowed all of us to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with condiments, spices, lots of dishes and, of course, the gift of everything for s'mores and a bottle of wine was so very thoughtful. Thank you!

Great stay!

We stayed for a week and it was glorious. The lake was clean and the sandy walk in was ideal for our 1 year old to splash around in. The house was well appointed and very comfortable for our party of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids). Christina was super responsive when we had a small issue with the grill and a small plumbing leak. Would highly recommend!

Lovely well furnished cottage for a family of nine located in the woods w/short path to the waterfront equipped with dock, raft, water floatation devices, kayaks and canoe; within walking distant to the village. Wonderful!

My family and I spent a very relaxing week in this beautiful home. The house was roomy and everyone had their own space. Christina was very helpful when I had questions, and was a phone call or text away. The lake is right there, with a dock, raft, and sandy walk in. There were kayaks and a canoe available as well. All of the kids enjoyed being there. We can’t wait to come back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week at the lake! The house was clean with plenty of linens and towels available throughout the house. There is laundry on site if needed, and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new grill for summer grilling. Our 12 year old children enjoyed paddle boarding around the cove and swimming and diving off the raft. It was a great week and Christina was an attentive and responsive home owner. Great spot for an extended family gathering! Thanks!

Family Fun

Lovely clean and spacious home for our family of 11. Kids, old and young, enjoyed jumping off the dock and raft. Lake wasn't that busy with motor-boaters, so we were very comfortable going on paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes together. Kids loved the basketball game downstairs. Nice fire pit to enjoy s'mores at night. Cute downtown to explore and within walking distance. A nice trail/park to walk with the kids. Christina was an excellent host throughout the process, checking in with us at the beginning of our stay and being available anytime by phone or text. Would recommend.

Perfect for Lake Lovers!

A beautiful property on a beautiful lake! Our family filled this house to the brim with 9 adults and 4 children (2 small toddlers). The open concept kitchen/dining/family room area is perfect for sharing meals and visiting. There is also ample seating just outside on the deck. Downstairs was perfect for video games, air hockey and other active games. 2 full sized refrigerator/freezers worked out great for our large group. Laundry machines were very clean and modern. We did have a couple of minor issues that were addressed promptly by the owners of the property. For people that are very sensitive to molds, the finished basement has a slight musty smell that my daughter-in-law was sensitive to. The rest of the family found the basement to be comfortable and fun! The owners have dehumidifiers running that help a great deal. Our family had a great time and will cherish the memories made here for years to come!

This property was perfect for our family of 11. We loved the canoe and kayaks, and rented a pontoon boat which we were able to keep moored right in front of the property. Everything we wanted and much more

We were a family of 9 from Philadelphia - 2 grandparents, 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren from 9-14. We wanted to recapture wonderful summer vacations in Maine from 25 years ago with swimming and fishing in the lake to fresh lobster dinners. The 2-level house, deck, dock and easy entry to walk into the lake gave us spacious indoor and outside room to play, read, sleep, cook and enjoy the beauty of the lake though the trees. We were delighted to find the house was air conditioned and the gas grill was ready when we arrived on a 95degree day. When the weather turned cooler we had a wonderful time roasting Marshmallows around the fire pit. The kitchen and bathrooms were so well-stocked there was nothing we have at home that wasn’t waiting for us there. The home even came with a canoe, kayaks and life jackets. Bridgeton and the surrounding area offered easy shopping for essentials, arts and crafts and lots of opportunities for additional fun. We even went blueberry picking at a local farm and made homemade blueberry pie, cobbler and even jam to give as gifts and take back as great souvenirs. BEST OF ALL WAS THE DETAILED COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION FROM THE GRACIOUS OWNERS ONLINE AND IN THE HOME. M whole family would recommend this home and the area to anyone.

Wonderful ski vacation!

We had an excellent stay here. Christina is amazing to work with, property is less than 10 minutes to the mountain and the house is very well appointed. There were 9 of us (two families with school age children). Lots of room to spread out and have fun!

East Coast + West Coast reunion

First of all, Christina was awesome to deal with. We had schedule conflicts to deal with and Christina work it all out for us, she touched base with us on arrival to make sure we were all set. Christina also suggested fun places for the grandchildren, which we utilized. House was perfect for all of us. We had 3 grandchildren, 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone, inside and out. House has plenty of games, books, videos for late night fun after being on the lake all day. The deck is great for having your meals outside, good size fire pit for at night making s'mores and enjoying a a cold one. All kinds of toys to enjoy the lake with, kayaks, canoes, floats, noodles. Great time just sitting out on the dock enjoying the views or helping the grand kids fish. Great time had by all!!

Family reunion fun!

Missing our vacation on Highland Lake already! Great house for our multi-generational stay. From the 7 month old to Gramma and Grampy it was a perfect house for our stay. Plenty of room to spread out inside and the lake front property gave us many options…… the fire pit, the dock, shady and sunny areas and plenty of trees for the hammocks. Lake toys were plentiful and Moose Landing Marina was a great place to rent our pontoon. Christina was very helpful before we arrived and once we were there. She is very Covid conscious, putting my concerns to rest. Bridgetown is a cute little town and Maine Lobster Express provided great sea food. Go if you can. Everybody needs a Maine vaca!

Beautiful house

Just got back from this wonderful property. House was spacious and clean. It was a large crowd which included my grown children and friends. There was plenty of room for all of us! The lake is beautiful and quiet. Had a great week!!!

Home away from home

We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We were very comfortable here. It has everything you could want and more. Lots of toys,puzzles and games for all ages from infant and up.Lots of towels and well stocked kitchen. Had fun with the canoe and kayak. Loved the spacious downstairs where we could all gather comfortable and enjoyed the fires on the chilly evenings. Would recommend this beautiful home!

Idyllic respite

The property was exactly as described and Christina was very responsive to all our questions on what was provided at the property. The lake was met our needs and was the perfect location to paddle board, kayak, canoe and fish. Our family members ranging from 12 to over 80 all had a great vacation. Fantastic week!

Wonderful lakefront vacation!

This house was one of the nicest homes my family has rented, and we have rented a lot of homes in the Bridgton area! Christina, the owner, was so welcoming and accommodating to my family. There were 9 of us total, ranging in age from 8 to 78. The house was a perfect fit for all of us, with plenty of bedrooms and room for all the “stuff” that accompanies that many people! We got a call from Christina shortly after our arrival, making sure that everything was to our liking, which I very much appreciated. The house was immaculately clean and smelled of bleach (which dissipated soon), telling us that a good disinfecting had been done throughout: something that is so important in these corona virus times! She also left us couple bags of disposable faces masks, wipes and hand sanitizer for all to use. Very thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked with any and every thing we might need. Loved the big island- great to sit around and have cocktails and apps (when we weren’t on the deck). The house has a gorgeous, expansive deck that overlooks the lake and we had most meals out there. The Weber grill looked to be brand new and my husband loved that! The house is located on the southern end of Highland Lake, which is a gorgeous lake. We spent time jumping and swimming off the dock every day, and made use of the kayaks and canoe provided. We also rented a pontoon boat for the week from Moose Landing Marina in Naples, since the house has a mooring for a boat. It was our first time doing this, and although not cheap, we loved having the boat available to take the kids out tubing and water skiing or just out for a sunset cruise. Downtown Bridgton is adorable has a lot to offer and the house is within walking distance (only about a 10 minute walk), so we took the kids downtown a couple times for ice cream and to Reny’s. Overall it was a great week and we hope to be back. I would highly recommend this house to any discerning renter looking for the ideal Maine vacation!
