'Heerlijke rustige en veilige plek om je even terug te trekken uit de gezellige hectiek van t levendige Brigthon! Enige minpuntje dat we konden vinden is de kracht van de douche. Het was onmogelijk je haar uit te spoelen,het drupte uit de douchekop.. er zit niks geen kracht op het water.Ook t toilet was daardoor moeilijk schoon te spoelen. Dit was de enige minpunt, verder een 10!'

'Great location for a quick trip. Hotel is good location by the sea about 10 mins walk from train station. Nice little room at the top of the house which was greatly decorated and good view over the square out to sea. Can imagine the room gets hot on a nice day. Breakfast was nice.

"Its a pretty rundown hotel, shower pressure is very poor with very basic amenity in the bathroom.
It’s unfortunately also not so cheap, but is cheapest you can find around Brighton.
So for a one night stay over it does the job.
