'The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left. One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. '

'The room was very spacious and had all the amenities that you expect from the Quest brand. The single beds were tiny, so made them uncomfortable for sleeping on and I ended up sleeping on the couch. The staff were terrific and the location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the Chermside shopping centre, 10 mins to the Services Club and the Indian restaurant next door was the best that we have had in a long time! Will come back if they invest in king single beds.'
