Good location and great size, however the apartment and furniture weren’t well maintained. Minimal cookware and mismatched cutlery, crockery and glassware. Advertised as a 3-bedroom apartment, but was a studio apartment and 2-bedroom apartment. This worked ok for our family and gave us a third bathroom, but if the children had been younger it would have been unsuitable. Beds were ok, but no additional blankets were provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment complex was neat and tidy but the room we stayed in was a little tired. The furniture was dated and for a fully serviced apartment it was a little disappointing that there were no cereal bowls. The main bed was also a little too soft and had nice big butt impression that I kept rolling into. Other than that though, the location was great and facilities good.

We are on our 3rd month of travelling. We have never come across a room with so much mold and dust. The couch was disgusting. I wouldn't even allow a pet on it. The gym had no wipes or spray, and the carpet was filthy. Location was good. Fortunately there was another room available. Our alarm was construction next door. No mold. Couch was in poor shape. Thankfully we had fantastic weather and out all day.

1. The plate and pot in the room are in very bad condition and I do not view that the pots meet any safe and sanitary standard (Photo attached) as a result we are unable to cook the food we bought from the supermarket and end of dining out. 2. On the last day of our stay, when I ironed my dress, the worst thing happened, the iron board is in very poor condition and it left obvious grid mark on the the dress and the dress is damaged. 3. When we checked out, I showed the marks on the dress to the reception lady and raised our concerns on the damaged dress and poor cooking ware. I even emailed to the hotel for the issues, but after two weeks now, no reply at all.

Great place to stay.
Arena is in a great location and literally on the doorstep of the great Wet End shops and restaurants. A short 10-15 minute stroll to the cbd as well. The apartments are well maintained and the pool & bbq are between the 2 buildings is fantastic. The reception staff are excellent and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Okay. Wouldn’t come back
Ended up having a good stay. But overall was really disappointed. Our room was right next to the loud construction on the next building. We were informed this would be the case. The apartment was so dirty we couldn’t walk around without shoes on. And we found a few spiders in the shower. Clearly it had not been properly cleaned in quite a while, really concerned me that the bed also would be filthy. Thankfully the receptionist gave us a new room despite clearly being reluctant to let us change, warning us of ‘known construction near the new room’ (there was none) and that it ‘would be more inconvenient for us to go to this new room because of the elevator’. Despite that the new room was much nicer, cleaner and didn’t have the weird smell of the other building. Wouldn’t stay here again

Upon arrival the check in clerk informed us and another group of guests that the check in kiosk was for after hours checking in only. Then proceeded to check us in one by one on that kiosk. Upon it declining everyone because of its payment terminal not responding. Instead of troubleshooting it by the very least turning it off and on again he took everyone to the desk and checked us in there using a payment terminal that didn't have tap as a payment option so no one could use their phones to pay. After that whole situation we made it up to our room and it was cool as the air conditioning had been on, the counter tops and tables had been wiped down but it was very clear that the room was not dusted regularly as dust had already begun to settle on these surfaces again. After a sleepless night for my partner being asthmatic, I went on a cleaning rampage and found the air conditioning filter to have not been cleaned or changed for probably about 6 or more months. The top of the fan blades in the bedroom had a thick layer of dust on them as well as all the door frames and picture frames. The lights above the kitchen counter were coated in dust that had blown out of the air conditioning vent that was aimed right at them. There were no tissues in the room so I had to go to the pharmacy and get some while I was getting some anti-histamines also to stop her from sneezing to death. I can not and will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

We stayed for two nights - family of 4 (two teenage children). The deluxe apartment was spacious and the extra bathroom a blessing with two teenage children! The decor itself was a little tired and the provided amenities (cookware, towels etc…) very basic but functional. The lack of coffee machine (pod or plunger) was a little disappointing, however there is a plethora of great coffee shops within quick walking distance (Coffee Head Co. get my vote). The location is perfect for those happy for a short walk to the museum, art gallery and convention centre, and there are a ton of amazing places to eat in the area. All in all it was a nice place to stay, just don’t expect 5-star finishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating and really enhanced the stay. Finally the pool, open between 8am and 9.30pm, was heated and a great way to unwind at the end of the day!

The Apartment was located in a central location near restaurants, shopping and public transport. The condition of the apartment and facilities were good. Having the fridge, oven and microwave oven was quite useful during our stay. However, the matress in one of the rooms, was uncomfortable causing back ache, the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit. Also the ladles and kitchenette was very old, could be updated to avoid the pieces of silicon material being mixed with food while cooking. Also there was no replacement of towels even once within the 3 days of the stay.
