  • Dit grote moderne beahchouse werd eind 2011 gerenoveerd en is perfect voor twee families om samen op vakantie te gaan. Vanaf de open bovenverdieping leefruimtes zijn er een goed uitzicht op de oceaan naar Moreton Island. Er is een largedeck uit de woonkamer met tuinmeubilair en bbq-ruimte. Beneden heeft een eigen kitichen / eetgedeelte en een Nintendo-lounge. Op loopafstand van stranden en het Straddie Hotel.

    Kenmerken:

    5 slaapkamers, 4 badkamers (inclusief 3 ensuites), Boven 2 Queens, 1 tri-stapelbed (dubbel aan de onderkant en single aan de bovenkant), Beneden Bunkroom met 2 stapelbedden, Queen size slaapkamer met ensuite. Vaatwasser, magnetron, tv in de woonkamer plus tv's in twee van de slaapkamers boven, dvd-spelers, automatische wasmachine, droger, gas-BBQ op het dek. Interne split level stappen.

    Linnen Geleverd voor boekingen gemaakt na 1/12/18, NB Bedden zijn niet opgemaakt en linnengoed moet mogelijk worden teruggestuurd naar ons kantoor bij het retourneren van sleutels.

Long winter weekend at Straddie

Well equipped home with lovely views, close to everything we needed. Two families (ten people in total) were comfortable here, we would definitely stay again if possible.

Fantastic family holiday

We had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for our stay. When at home the kids could entertain themselves downstairs and the adults had plenty of space upstairs to relax.

Great for large groups but for price needs some simple upgrades.

Excellent balcony, beautiful view and large living areas. Internet and Foxtel provided. Plenty of beds, cookware, plates for large groups. It was quite dusty and not cleaned well. Some of the rooms get very hot as you can't leave the door open because they aren't secure and can be accessed from the road. The fans provided aren't effective and the curtains are sheer so let a lot of morning sun in.

The bunk bed was not super comfortable. The house was in a great location though the driveway was very steep and not practical for parking a car in the garage. The house was lacking in cleanliness in some areas. Under the beds and couches were particularly dirty. A backyard would have been well utilised as we had young children staying. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this properly.

Reviewer Comments: The staff at Ray White were very helpful, friendly and professional at all times. The property 19A George Nothling Drive was in a great location. Nice views and very spacious. However.... This house needs some money spent on it. It needs a deep clean of basic things like window venetians (dirty) fans, window and door tracks. Dirty and off the hinges. Tops of kitchen cupboards were dirty dusty, as were light fittings. The oven and cook plate were greasy. Light bulbs in some areas did not work. Some of the bedding eg spare blankets and doona were marked and stained. The owners need to allocate some money for this property.
