TLDR: If you value privacy, quietness, and a good night's sleep, avoid this place.
The "King size bed" was just two single beds pushed together. It was uncomfortable rolling over the dip in the middle.
Noise was a big issue. Balcony sliding door had good soundproofing, but frequent ambulance sirens and loud exhausts still came through.
Unwanted noise was terrible from within the building. I could constantly hear and FEEL people stomping down the hallway and slamming their doors at night.
If you're in a room where they separated another with a double-locked door, you can hear conversations (and much more) in the next room very clearly.
The aircon fan direction wasn't adjustable to its full range. No matter how I set the fan level, the wind blew directly onto the bed.
Wifi was spotty.
