'The room was very average and didnt align with pictures on the site. The room was very dated and unclean. The bed was terribly firm and you could feel the springs. The pillows were lumpy. The airconditioner was loud and the direction vents didnt work properly. There was a lack any comfortable chairs to sit on, only hard plastic dining chairs. The only positive was its close location to the hospital. '

'Suited my needs for Airport/Cruise ports. Close to Southbank so I had plenty to do in my spare time. Hotel was a little hard to find as on foot and confusing with 2 with same name in close radius. Nice touch was good coffee at reception.'
