'When viewing the property from outside driving up, it is shocking. Looks like an abandoned cabin. That’s for tax assessment purposes. Inside is immaculate! Clean, everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bathroom furnished. A super place to stay. Spotlessly cleaned. Great view of the city yet close. I will always try to return. '

House was extremely spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and additional sleeping option in the sunroom We had great weather with beautiful scenery and sunsets Also enjoyed seeing and visiting the animals and fishing in the pond on the property We hope to be back soon!'

'We really enjoyed our stay at the rental. From arrival at the driveway to the exit at the end of our stay. We were able to enjoy the sun on the huge deck as well as shade under the covered section. The furniture was very comfortable and made it easy to relax and sleep. The big bathroom was an added bonus. The outdoor setting was quaint and well set up. We even got to fish in the river. 'The house was very clean, linens provided, and the kitchen has everything you need. There was plenty of space, we had 5 adults and 1 small dog. We put our boat in at Little Milligan, it was a short distance to the house. The house has a nice dock. The steps down to the dock are a little challenging, but my 83 year old parents made the trip several times a day. This was our 2nd stay in this home and we look forward to next year.'

'It's a really nice house. But the people that clean for you are not doing a good job. The floors were dusty, they hadn't wiped the shelves or anything it wasn't terrible but it wasn't like before. The Master bathtub is stopped up. There was mouse dropping in the master bathroom my brother in law wiped it out but it was like that again the next morning so you have a live in tenant. Lol. There were some bugs in the bedrooms to. The hall bathroom light was going out to. We used my husbands...

'We stayed here for our family new years trip. House is in a great location, close to EVERYTHING. We traveled to ski in North Carolina and went to Gatlinburg, all less than 2 hours away from this property. House was roomy and well equipped. Highly recommended.'
