'Property was right on the lake with easy access to the beach/docks and very close to a lakeside restaurant and bar. Roy and Denise were always on site, available if needed and nice to talk to. The pontoon rental was a great option. Overall excellent stay. '

'The house and cottage were very nice. Plenty of out door space to hang out with the whole family. Beutiful views of Lake Vermillion from the nice big deck. The boat lift worked perfect for me and my 18ft fishing boat. Fishing on the lake was great was walleyes and smallmouth bass. Owner was very nice and answered any questions i had.'

'My middle son wanted his "senior" trip to be with his whole family (dog too) and focused on fishing. This was the perfect rental for exactly that. Shaun was great with all of our questions. The cabin was perfect-- we have 3 boys (20, 17, 14) myself, my husband, and dog, and we didn't feel crowded. The boys enjoyed all the family pictures and history of the island. The location is well sheltered in the narrows with access to many fishing spots.There are beautiful views of the sunset. 'I have stayed at a number of cabins in the Virginia/Ely area; some good, some bad. This cabin was by far the nicest we have stayed at in a very long time. The cabin was bright and new, and beyond clean. To my surprise the cabin was well stocked with anything you might need, plus a washer and dryer. Highly recommend this cabin.'
