Goed verblijf in geüpgrade kamer
Dichtbij het centrum in een nette kamer. Ik kreeg een upgrade bij aankomst wat een hele ruime kamer opleverde. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. Ik was met de auto en had geen plaats gereserveerd. Dat kon ook niet meer toen ik aankwam maar het personeel hielp me verder naar de openbare parking. Deze kwam uiteindelijk een stuk goedkoper uit omdat ze gratis is tussen 18 en 8 uur.

Yes, we are allowed to rent only 15 parking places from the City of Brno, the rest must be available to general public and we can not reserve more for you. There´s a big demand for our park.places - so they must be reserved ahead of time. Have a great day. GHB

Hotel is prima, jammer dat de bar altijd stipt om 11uur savonds dichtgaat en het personeel zo snel mogelijk naar huis wil....

Unpleasant experience. I paid $140/night but the bath room heating is broken in freezing winter. At first night, I ask them to repair but the reception told me that they will have annual party that night and will have someone to fix it the next day. The next day, They send someone to repair but still can not fix the problem, so the we used a bathroom without heating for 2 nights.

Confortável e bem localizado
Hotel com excelente localização, perto do centro e das principais áreas turística, alem de ser na frente da rodoviária. Fiz apenas um stop-over em Brno mas o GrandHotel permitiu que pudesse conhecer um pouco dessa cidade e forneceu uma excelente noite de descanso. Ficamos no último andar e o único ponto é que havia uma janela no teto que trazia claridade pro quarto, seria interessante apenas pensarem em um jeito de cobrir. Recomendo.

Die Lage ist super, das Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Zustand der Textilien eher fragwürdig - Löcher im Bettlaken und in den Handtücher habe ich in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht erwartet.

Nice hotel but bad AC
Nice hotel, especially if you get one of the newly renovated rooms. However, the AC in the room was a disapointment, the temperature in the room never went below 21 degrees when we visited and it was a bit cloudy and not that hot. Seen some people complaining about a lot of nice from the street outside but even tough we had a room facing the street we could barely hear a sound from the outside. Very comfortable beds! The breakfast was brilliant! Well worth the money. I would probably book this hotel again.

長距離バスが渋滞で遅れ疲れてチェックインしましたがとても素敵な部屋。湯沸かしポット、にティー、コーヒーサービス、アメニティーも歯磨き系はなかったのですがコンパクトで◯お風呂も快適で本当にショートステイでしたがエグゼクティブルームにして良かった。 ついていなかったのですが食事も追加しました。身体に優しいビュッフェでした。チェックインチェックアウト時もフロントの方が穏やかで丁寧で安心できました。次回も是非宿泊したいと思います。

Boede i et af de nyrenoverede værelser. Det var lyst og imødekommende og lækkert. Air con virkede ikke, hvilket personale beklagede meget at de ikke kunne få ordnet samme dag, men ellers var det et dejligt sted. Smukt gammelt hotel, der var som at træde tilbage i tiden, og samtidig var nyt og moderne.

Superb hotel very close to the main railway station and trams. Easy to get around the city from there, and if you like to just get up and go in the morning its perfect.

Would Definitly Stay Here Again!
This hotel is really great and the rooms are better than the photos, I think. It's right across from the train station, and you can walk to all the historic sites very easy from it. The room was big with a comfortable bed, nice bedding, and a wonderful, old-time marble bathroom. Lots of space in the bathroom to set things, and a big bathtub plus shower combo. The windows fully open in both bathroom and bedroom for fresh air, and the room was very quiet. Great restaurant downtstairs and good value for breakfast. They also have a really nice private sauna you can reserve. I wish they would spruce up the historic bar with music, lighting, and a later closing time (closed at 9 PM) to make it more inviting.

Helt topp! Nydelig hotell, utrolig sentralt for togstasjonen. Deilig mat og drikke i restauranten, flott casino i første etasjen. Rommet var stort, nytt og pent, med veldig god og stor seng. Badet inneholdt såper og shampoo og badekar.

It was challenging to park the car due to limited space at the front of the hotel. Once I paid upfront for the parking for the entire stay, I was informed that it might be that I will not get a spot due to the insufficient amount of spots for the guests, but I can park next to that reserved space and pay additionally the other owner of the rest of the parking. It is highly inappropriate that the guests who are required to pay for the parking spots are not guaranteed the space for their cars for the entire stay.

Dear Lukas, you must have misunderstood the parking situation, all of the guests who have paid for the parking have the parking spots reserved for the duration of the stay, the parking spots are marked with the numbers 42 til 56 and you dont always get the same number, its any of the numbers between 42 an 56. The reserved and parked guests receive our parking vouchers which need to be placed inside the car on the dashboard, there are only 15 of them so its not true that somebody told you to park somewhere else and pay again to someone else.
