'Parking was a little tight but adequate. The breakfast was really good and I'm good variety of options. DeVante was very professional and kind and helpful. He did a great job making us comfortable at the hotel. '

'Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'The only downside I would say would be the espresso machine in the hotel room instead of an actual coffee machine, and the park beside the hotel has a bit of possibly a drug/homelessness problem. Oftentimes we did not feel comfortable walking near it or outside but the abundance of staff around made it better.'

'This property needs some major updates. It is old and dirty. The toilet in the room didn't work correctly. The only employee that was helpful was the friendly lady at the front desk. I wish I had caught her name she deserves recognition! All the other employees looked as if they hated their job and it would literally kill them to crack a smile. 'The suite we were in was not great. The lighting is kinda poor, the hot water in the half bath was just droplets, the room is divided by a door but the bedroom has zero AC vents or airflow, the bathroom fans didn’t work at all, the phone wouldn’t dial to anywhere on or off property, and the halls were just as humid as outside. The wheel, swing and carousel were hits with the kids, but it’s costly. Also don’t get the pork steak at the Train Shed, it’s terrible.'

'Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience'
